Refund Policy

At vortekzlab.com, we strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations related to refunds and returns of products purchased from our webshop, in compliance with Hungarian and EU consumer protection regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Timeframe

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day they receive the product(s).

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (e.g., email to [adam.darkart@gmail.com]) within this 14-day period expressing your withdrawal intent.

  • After notification, you have 14 days to return the product to us.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • Products must be returned in unused, undamaged, and original packaging condition to qualify for a full refund.

  • You can inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning—excessive use may reduce the refund amount.

  • The consumer is liable for any reduction in value resulting from use beyond this scope.

3. Refund Amount and Process

  • We will refund the total purchase price paid for the returned product(s), including standard delivery charges paid at purchase.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used unless otherwise agreed with you.

  • Refund processing will occur without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product or proof of return shipment.

  • We reserve the right to withhold refunds until we have received the product back or confirmed its return.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including but not limited to:

    • Perishable goods or goods liable to deteriorate rapidly

    • Hygiene-sensitive products that have been unsealed after delivery

    • Customized or personalized items

5. Defective or Damaged Goods

  • In case a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may:

    • Request repair or replacement at no extra cost, or

    • Request a full or partial refund if repair or replacement is impossible or delayed unduly.

  • You have the right to make a complaint for defects occurring within 2 years of delivery. For defects within the first year, the seller must prove the defect did not exist at delivery.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree to cover it or the goods are faulty/damaged.
